« on: April 03, 2011, 06:13:16 PM »
Yep

Posted this years ago - and no fedback or ID - must be scandi - red cased - inner white - 4.75" high, 4" dism to base, 2.75" diam to top

Has partial label see pics - .....UCTA - ...Made Glass ...Origin

What are the missing words and does it have a bearing on the piece - any ideas

Alos see similar tall piece 17" - with same feel to it and same type of casing - no idea what that is

I think I read somewhere that "Reducta" was a London company, either importer or retailer.  I've no idea who the Polish manufacturer was.

Reducta - of Polish origin - so not Scandi - well I never

Good to clear that one up - are we saying 60s 70s in Scandi style for these then - good quality in it's own right

Thanks for ID

Yeah probably 60's/70's, and very good quality, nice thick bright white inner casing.  They're always getting mistaken for Alsterfors.  ;)

Just found a mention of Reducta on this board [here"imported by a London Dealer called Reducta 1970-1985".
