Hi sueglass,  the first part looks like Nicodemus S.......ly.  Could we see a picture of the whole dolphin please?

Thanks Rosie, it looks quite new judging by the base wear. Unfortunately my camera isn't very good either. The letters could be anything like u, e, i or l. I just cannot make out the letters and what they are supposed to be. Sue.

It looks a nice piece Sue,  I just bought one of his paperweights with a lovely Dove on it from Michelle at the glass fair.

Until you put the full picture on, I was madly looking for a glass blower called Nicodemus......nuffin,  only Bible quotes!!

I like MJ's work. You might get a more realistic price valuation by looking at some on eBay though.  Still, at £2, you got a nice bargain.....well done.

I live on the Surrey/Hampshire/Sussex borders....the three counties meet, and if you were three legged, you could stand in all three!!

The signature does not look much like Mats Jonasson.

It says M,Jonasson Sweden and a number John, and I know Mats' work very well,  which is why I asked Sue for a picture of the weight to confirm.

Sometimes he puts MJ and Sweden, but if there is room, he puts M,Jonasson Sweden. It certainly isn't Nicodemus!!
