What would this glass piece be used for? ID = Viking Glass footed vase

Hello!
It's about 25" inches tall. Not sure if it's some kind of vase or just decoration. I believed it's manufactured cause it has seam lines on the bottom.

I believe these are used for looking pretty and filling up large blank spaces :chky: :24:
