Norman, according to the sale catalogue I have, it says
model 8329 -
production 1983 for Skrdlovice.

Hi Norman, this is as Anne said Svoboda design for Skrdlovice, but it must not be manufactured in Skrdlovice but possibly later in Mr. Svoboda s own glasswork AGS in Karlov http://www.ags-svoboda.cz/
