Thank you so much for your information.  My brain is into overload but now I have some direction.  One one of my links I found in the description thinks the sticker says 004 Oball.  So with a huge amount of audacity and a daughter who lived in Italy I am going to email 036 and 004 and ask them!!
I shall let evryone know of the outcome.  lee

Just an update.  In the early hours of insomnia I emailed ever lamp maker on the list in Italian.  either way I may find the maker or have a long list of who it isnt. :hi:
