is the pattern lines only or some circles as well?  It reminds me 'slightly' of Loetz spiraloptisch if you know what I mean.  I think from Alfredo's site on inkwells that Kralik did one of those, but I can only see lines on your photos.

More wavy lines than circles,the iridescence on the clear glass is incredible,another picture....

Done a bit of looking and it's similar to Loetz 'Oceanik' except I can't find any Loetz with feet like this :huh: :huh: :huh: ::)

It is a Kralik piece, done in a style I would refer to as a decor shift on Wellonoptisch and/or Oceanik, without the types irridescence that Loetz applied to those two decors......
