Hand-painted old wine glasses

I have a pair of old glasses with unidentified origin. As a collectioners and experts I turn to you in order to receive some professional opinion about the origin and age of these glasses. By the information given from some experts, glasses are hand made with very old technology, which use Se as a component.

I am sending you photos attached to this e-mail. Any information or opinion will be helpful.
