Need some help with this glass vase

I everyone I have this cut glass vase with a dragon on it and it has some chop marks on it. I just want to if anyone tell me anthing about this glass vase and if they can read the chop marks. Thanks everone and have a nice day.

Can't help too much but a friend of mine has a piece of glass similar engraved but not the chop marks.

Will try to get a photo of it.
Clean and Crisp a Murano twist.
Archimede tops my list.

A friend who has a vase very similar to this says it is Chinese. Her vase was brought over by her parents from Hong Kong.
