Blue and Green Ashtray - from a glassmaker of Murano?
« on: April 02, 2011, 04:22:05 PM »
Hello, I have this beautiful and heavy ashtray.   It has been suggested to me that it was made by a glassmaker of Murano.

This ashtray measures 6"x6"x3" tall and weighs just over 3 lbs.    It glows like mad under a blacklight but is not vaseline as it is green, not yellow.

Any information or leads to an identifcation are appreciated.

Thank you one and all for any information you can provide.

I hope my photos are good.

I am using Photobucket.....   it 'tells' me the photos are being saved in 640x480 but when I post them here, they are much smaller.

What am I doing wrong?

I suspect you are uploading the thumbnails rather than the full-sized images?
