Aqua blue vase with bubble columns - ID = Portmerion

aqua blue vase - has twelve measured ribs all around in contained froth and bubbles - not cased deep blue base - thick walled and 4.25" high

See photos - some wear to base but could be nothing - pretty just checking

I saw a larger version of this in a charity shop with a Portmerion sticker.  Should have bought it for reference!   :pb:

Adam, I think Portmeirian imported glass as well as distributed glass made in the UK.  I posted some info from Charles Hajdamach's 20th century British Glass a few days ago on Portmeirian glass.  If you search on the board there should be some info - there was a link to Dartington as well.

Portmerion yes, I had a purple version a while back which I think is on the board somewhere still.
