Nouveau green vase ? - ID = Skrdlovice, Emanuel Beranek

Hello ,  
         this vase is 11 inches high and a soft green colour with what seems to be light blue casing . Any ideas on maker please .

Not exactly that vase, but from the same factory, year and maker. It's also Skrdlovice, Emanuel Beranek and from 1959, but this one is pattern 5989 (the other one in the link is pattern 5978). I've seen this one around in various colour combinations, including the blue green.
