Help with Exbor vase

I have an Exbor faceted vase that doesn't appear in Hi Sklo Lo Sklo and wondered if anyone could help with an ID of factory and designer? The attached photos explain it pretty well. It's 11½-in (29cm) high and weighs 1.5kg.

Exbor = division of Crystalex Nový Bor, late 60ties or 70ties I would guess Karel Wünsch design. I will try to ask him
