(I have since spotted similar Chinese and Mexican figures being sold from Italy as "A" Tagliapietra - still a different signature style to mine but the design certainly matches).

Andrea Tagliapietra is a good master glassmaker, 55 years old, specialized in heavy glass (calcedonio, but also other styles).
I can confirm that he is "your man".
Anyway it is a very common item reproduced by several glassmakers.

P.S. The signature is often engraved by other people and therefore it is not always identical.
