I want the pattern name and approximate date please

I recently bought this lovely pwt thinking I was getting IOW Glass.  As you can see what I actually got is an "A Touch of Glass" item made by Chris Lucas who apparently now runs Alum Bay Glass - still on the IOW.

I am hoping someone can give me a pattern name and approximate date of manufacture.

Well I finally got in touch with a Colin Green who has worked with Chris Lucas at Alum Bay Glass for many years.  His response is "Hi Ross this looks to be a one off piece with no colour name."

So with that I have to be happy.  I do like the weight very much.
