Green waisted vase

I have always assumed that this vase is Finnish in origin but have not been able to confirm that.  It is c.25cms tall.

Any help with origin & designer would be geatly appreciated.

These designs were also popular in Germany in the 50s-60s. Can't confirm though if this particular vase is.
