As far as I can tell it is signed "Rudi ????? Studio 1989   3200PF".  I can't find any artist whose name is Rudi.  All help gratefully received.

Could it be ".... Rudy @ Maytum Studio 1989" ?

See http://www.proxibid.com/asp/LotDetail.asp?ahid=4283&aid=33828&lid=9486689#2
with Maytum being written more clearly than on other Maytum Studio weights.

Thanks Wuff.  I will see if I can email Maytum Studios they may have more idea.  I must admit my first thought was Maytum BUT Rudi seems to have no relevance.

I finally spied a Brian Maytum Studio Pwt on Ebay with a clear enough signature to be certain that is what this pwt is.

It seems the actual maker may have added his/her name to the weight as I have seen others with Rudi, plus other weights with two different names.  Maytum Studios is as far as I can determine no longer in business.

It reminds me of Robert Held Studios.

I agree he makes similar styles I have seen.  Just bought this pwt of Ebay
http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/330621727597?ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1439.l2649
also by Maytum with Rudi as part of the signing.  It too is rather like RHAG/Skookum pieces.

The Rudi shows much better on the one you just purchased. It makes it easier to pick out on the picture in the original post. Maytum it is then.
