Hey all.  Anyone know somethibng on this?  its very pretty and has a name on the bottom. Cant really make out what it says  looks like rollin kato.  ANY IDEAS?

Yes, Rollin Karg (note no G).   The signature is too small to be absolutely certain but its position indicates it is from the USA.  Attached is a copy of his signature.
