Hi Colin,
maker still unknown, I'm afraid. I've got several of these in different sizes, with and without lustre...

unknown bowls

I've found the pattern in my carnival glass 7th edition. They call the pattern Petals and Prisms. The pattern is said to be all exterior, comes in a collar based sugar bowl, stemmed sugar, a creamer, a 9"bowl, and a large 10" bowel. It is not mentioned what factory or country the bowls come from. I tried to cross ref the pattern on Dotty's site but could not find it .

Yours is iridescent Colin. Here's my sugar bowl and large bowl as a centrepiece. http://lustrousstone.co.uk/cpg/displayimage.php?pid=615
Glen's theory is Rindskopf, but it's only a theory.
