Welcome to the board. Almost certainly Bohemian, late 19th century/early 20th century. You're unlikely to find a maker though.

Turning your item the right way up and giving dimensions and a base shot will help with other IDs. You are also better resizing a high-res photo so that the longest dimension is about 700 pixels rather than lowering the resolution. Low-res photos just blow up huge and blurry.

Hello and welcome,Bohemian is probably all you're going to get with this, they vary in quality and were made by numerous factories, some of us like them,me included as you can see...

Keith, in a thread from 2009 you said your yellow-white spatter vases were Moser. Have you had second thoughts about that - or has it been shown elsewhere that they are not Moser?

I have a pair of "jug vases" which are also in the yellow-white spatter and have the same blue-dot decor, but with even more blue, and gilded, decoration. I have shown these in another thread somewhere, but can't find it right now. I think one thing that was of note was the shape of the base section, which was similar to whatever item was being discusssed. KevH; after looking at lots of Moser pieces these, although I still like them, didn't seem to have the same quality, there were pictures from Alfredo's site showing pic's from the Passau museum of similar pieces thought to be by Moser, maybe they are, then again  :thud:

dougal77 welcome to the board.

Before anyone bounces on you from a great height, might I suggest you would benefit from reading some of the posts in our Help forum in respect of how to get the best out of the board. These three would be good for starters:
