New or old bowl ?- ID = Rosice, Sklo Union, Czech

I have recently purchased this piece and am intrigued, as I know little to nothing about glass, whether this is new or old and who it may be by. Thanks in advance.

Your bowl is Sklo union from the Rosice factory and is an ashtray. Hard to say exactly when it was made as they were in production for a long time but they aren't being made any more.
