Ivo, I know this isn't it, but I thought it worth adding as you may be interested anyway.  Also perhaps Sweden may be another area to investigate?

Nice one! I know pig and bear bottles are Scandinavian or Russian - but I had not seen the Faglavik version .

SOLVED.  Iittala, decanter "NAPSU" no. 2819 from 1987, designer is Valto Kokko.

Excellent  :)  I suppose that is what helps with having the glass in your hand, as I would have said the only similarities between the two pieces was that they both had cork stoppers and were both clear glass.
