that weight looks more baccarat then murano to me.

Yes, Murano, and the label is Fratelli Toso (
example of the label in the Murano section of Glass Queries "Labels, Marks & Signatures" gallery
)
The fact that the label seems to be held on with cellotape could raise doubt, but I think it is quite likely to be the original label that has simply come loose.
