The Frog Prince

Here's a fun piece from my collection.  Has anybody seen this form before, or know who produced it and when?  The motif is obviously the "Frog Prince," complete with little crown.  (My pictures don't do it justice.)  I'm guessing it was produced to be a paperweight.  The bubbles are in perfectly even and uniform rows, and the gold dust inside is light and subtle.  As always, any help would be greatly appreciated!

Never come across one before and maker would only be a guess, but I think it's a great figure and a real gem. My best guess would be Barbini.
