These pop up in masses here in Germany. Characteristic is the technique: a pressed bowl,
excellently fire polished with a
painted on contrasting colour. You´ll find the outlines of the
brush somewhere on the pieces if you look closely.
Various colours are available: turquoise with yellow (green), clear with pink, yellow with pink,
pink with purple, blue with purple...

Nevertheless I´d like to offer a so-far-working-hypothesis. I´ve added a picture of a further
pattern I found lately. It bears a strong resemblance to the Walther / Siebenstern ´Eleganz´
