Large flash cut goblet 13" tall???

Purchased from an auction recently very large proportions maybe for ceremonial or something snapped pontil plenty of edge wear unusual decoration appear to have been etched inside and outside not sure how this might of been done? has a knop down the stem and two applied knops either side of it i think the stem might be hollow!! Would love to get an idea of age if at all possible without seeing the thing in the flesh and would love to know how it was decorated inside and out!! Also does it have much value??? thankyou for looking. :hi:
