Loetz Type Decorated (Enameled Scene) Vase

Hi. I picked this up today simply because I'd never seen this treatment/combo before. It's a Loetz type vase, great fire & color, but with a real twist. It has a heavy enameled hand done (not a transfer) portrait on the vase that is obviously old as it's 1900 Noveau style. I've never seen this before on an old irridescent piece & wondered if anyone has heard of this treatment before? Thanks, Ken

Bumping this up for Glen also.
I think this might be an Imperial Glass vase with decoration done by outside company.
Can we see a picture of the bottom?

There are a number of Czech Carnival Glass lampshades with handpainted scenes on them (I have a variety of them) but they are usually very "broad brush" and not like this, in style. However, I have seen and handled a couple of Carnival Glass tumblers that are much more like this vase, in terms of the decorated panel.
You can see one of the tumblers on this website - scroll down to see "Baroque". It may or may not be similar, but it's the nearest to "info" I can provide.
