UK - Manchester glass exhibition closed
« on: January 23, 2012, 02:57:43 PM »
I have had word from the Manchester Art Gallery that the permanent glass exhibition on the ground floor, featuring glass from the Ancoats and Salford factories, has been closed, to be replaced by other temporary rotating art exhibitions. Most of the glass items will now be placed into storage with a handful of selected pieces available to view in other parts of the building.
