hello this studio glass pice is signed but i can make out the signature and its dated as well either 2001 or 2007 below the signature , does anyone recognise the signature ...hope you can help !

Kinda looks like Blum to me for the last name -- but maybe spelled Blumm, or Blume, or even Bloom ???

Also -- could the first word start with an *S* as it kinda looks like an S with a bit of a tail on it.  Is that the top of an S I can see very lightly -- or am I (Blind  8) )

Date looks like 2001 to me.

Have you tried to rub your finger along it with some white powder -- to see if it can *accent* the letter a bit more?  Worth a try...

Looks like amanda blum to me too - but I had a tiny wonder if it might be Amanda Brisbane? It doesn't really look too much like her work, though. She does sculptural sand cast stuff.

Sue I did as well but it doesn't look like her surname and the work doesn't fit  :-\
I'm sure a piece similar to this has been on the board before as well....but had a good trawl and couldn't find anything.
