HI All ,
Well!! here is a departure for me ,following the recent discussions on this artist and having seen the exhibition at Cambridge I have been looking around for some Komaromy pieces to buy , so far this is what has arrived , the tallest is 11 1/2 ins and the other 9 1/2 ins including bases , both are in perfect condition, if anyone would like copies of the full size images , just email.

Thanks all for the comments ,
An odd addition to my collecting but after seeing the exhibition at the Cambridge Glass fair I was so impressed with the skill and artistry of this guys work I just had to have some pieces, the 2 horses also came with one of Komaromy's little handbooks about himself and his creations ,so i think the horses may have been bought new by the last owner.
anyway , any dancers out there for sale ? , would look good between the 2 horses i think .
Cheers ,
Peter.

Sorry Rosie,
They were spotted in an auction while I was trolling for Georgian glass , saw them, and had to have them,so I am afraid they will be staying here ,despite the very inviting cuppa , :t:
cheers,
Peter.

 Sorry 'bout that......thought for a moment you might have wanted to share them!! One each perhaps and a fortnightly loan of the dancer??
Seriously though, I am thrilled for you.....I know how I felt about getting the dancer.....Lady Luck shines on us all occasionally, and this time it was your turn. Enoy them Peter....they are very very special.
