It measures approx 13.5 inches (34 cm) x 9.75 inches (25cm) across x 16.5 inches (42cm) diagonally x 1 inch (2.5cm) deep. The base rim (the part it rests on?) is smooth and flat and measures 3mm. It weighs in at exactly 2 Kilos.

Here is a pic of it next to a Bagley Duchess Tray.

Smooth and flat as in ground smooth and flat, or straight out of a mould?

Gosh I don't know the difference, I'm trying to find your old thread where I've seen you explain it before.

If it's straight out of a mould it will have slightly rounded corners and the same shine as the rest. If it's ground it will have square corners and may have a different level of shinyness. It can help with dating, that's all.

I'd just come back to say I still can't decide on ground base or not, and will try and take some close ups of the base rim, but WOW thank-you Anne, I had a feeling it was Czech.  :hiclp:  Thanks also Christine for all your help. :sun:
