Aqua Green Suncatcher....
« on: January 25, 2006, 03:03:57 PM »
I found this whilst sorting through my piles of glass. I bought it a while ago in a joblot of Michael Bang suncatchers and an Eric Hoglund paperweight.

I'm not convinced it is Holmegaard, as the back of it is smoother than all of the other Holmegaard suncatchers I have, and the quality just isn't there (there's a huge burst airbubble on the back of it).

Anyone recognise the design?

Also, has anyone noticed the sudden increase in the value of genuine Holmegaard suncatchers? They seem to be popping up at fairs for around the £30/40 mark - and selling around that on eBay too!

I found another one of these being sold amongst a small collection of recognisable Holmegaard suncatchers (and being sold AS Holmegaard too)... *sigh* ...so I don't know anymore! T'is a quandary.
