Caithness Millennium weights: does anyone recognise this tower?

Amongst a large number of Millennium weights produced by Caithness are two by Willie Bain:
London Time
and
Capital Celebration Edinburg
.
Recently a weight of identical design was sold on
ebay
- just depicting a different building: does anyone recognise this tower?

Thank you, Ray - looks very similar, indeed! Also the "landscape" (sitting on a rock) would fit.
What concerns me a bit is the roof of the main tower - looks conical on the paperweight, but not on the images I've found on the internet.
