Helena Tynell Vase

I get this on page 253 of the Designlasin Hintakirja - blue and 12.5cm - as stated - under Muottin Puhalleto Kuviolsi - Helena Tynell for sure but what is the actual vase name - date seems to be 1970 74

As usual any help appreciated

The vase is titled : Aurinkopullo and was designed in 1962.
