Finnish (?) blue glass decanter

Any ideas on this one? It's just over 8.5in high, has a blown stopper and a round, polished pontil mark to the base.

I was told it was Finnish when I bought it.

Any thoughts/ideas hugely appreciated.

Riihmaki decanter. Produced 1964-68.
