Anik:

I'm very impressed by your artistic ability. I wish I could be as organized about what I'm looking for. I'm OK with what I've bought, but basically I think I just buy what I like. I keep saying I'm going to focus more. Not quite there yet. A notebook?  I had though of taking pictures of what I wanted and carrying them around on my iPhone, but there's a limit to its.

Anne: I like the candle-stick holder btw. I'm looking out for them as  candle-stick holders seem to be a focus of mine.

Oooh David, my pet tautological bugbear. Candlestick holder.  >:D  :o You don't want a holder for your candlestick; you want a holder for your candle: a candlestick or a candle holder.

Sorry just doing a Sue here.  :kissy:

An apt reminder, Christine.  I can't remember when I started adding "holder" to candlstick, but I hope not too long ago.

May all your candles burn brightly in your candlesticks, Christine.

I saw but didn't buy (and now wish I had!!!) a variant on this last week. It was the same size and shape, but had a recess round the candle-hole, and the bottom has a sort of indent with a small button in the centre rather than being a ground rim and central depression (birdbath style) base like this one.  Am regretting not getting it now for comparative purposes!  :-\
Cheers! Anne, da tekniqual wizzerd
