It is actually very beautiful and sources say it is very rare - well the price tag shows that

The fish swimming through the seaweed does need a third look, as does the etched base (?)

With the pedestal and over all colouring it looks at first like a piece of Mdina or IOW (and on a bad day, is it supposed to be misshapen like that?)

No disrespect to Tiffany collectors - I know what I like and rare or not I would never pay $35,000.00 for this - the buyer has to be a 'I have most Tiffany and need this to complete my collection' type person
