« on: July 23, 2011, 08:34:23 AM »
Hi all, :help:
I put this set up on ebay uk & recieved an answer from a collector of french perfume bottles say that she believes a "MONSO" worked for "Lalique".
I have searched & search but have been unable to confirm this or find an "A MONSO"
I am hoping that someone on here maybe able to give me some info please  :X:

I have thought at times about selling it,but have so far been unable too  ;D

Try contacting Helen Farnsworth at http://www.perfumebottles.org/, she may know who made the set.

Hi & thanks for the pointer deco.queen
I sent an email & photo's to Helen, all she could really say was that she did not know of a A.Monso working for Lalique.
Confirmed the date/style off around 1920's.

So not anymore real info but i was vey thankful for her taking the time to reply & help.

cheers kat

I can see why you have been unable to sell it - it's beautiful!  Good luck with your Monso research!

The signature is in the style of Mazoyer who did a lot of enamel work i have seen three or four different signatures in this style . I wonder what Mike M thinks he sells a lot of enamelled glass . I cant say this set is in the typical Mazoyer glass , just a shot in the dark.
