Topic: Uranium cased vases mit landscape painting - French?

Hi,

sorry for posting two pieces at the same time, but these vases seem similar enough
to be of the same origin.
Both have an opaque inner layer, the one of the pink vase gradually shaded, and an
outer layer of light green uranium glass.
The landscape painting should be enamel?
Are they french?
~11cm / 13cm tall
Any thoughts?

Hi m,
sorry there are no base shots available at the moment, since I´m still on vacation.
Both vases are mould-blown, so they have just a smooth base. The pink one has
an almost clear cased light uranium green base, the other one is white cased green.

these are high end art glass.  I have seen a miniature vase with similar art work on it (also outer casing of uranium glass) and it sold very well.  I don't recall right now who made it, but it is European and high end.  My advice is to not sell them until you have a positive ID from someone you trust has the knowledge level know who made them.

many thanks for your input, much appreciated! 
The glass with it´s gradually shading and the painting are indeed well executed. I love these
vases and rather hope to get some more than sell them (like always)... 
Since I haven´t seen anything similar during my visit to Czech Republic, I´m even stronger
leaning towards a french or belgian producer now.
Hopefully we´ll find out some time...

A short update. Two further examples have found their way to my home.
The shorter vase with the person on a way is ca. 11cm wide; the bigger
one is ca. 16.5cm tall and has a number painted to the base.
Then a few days ago these were listed on ebay:

Could they really be Daum? And who or what the heck is Nunil?

I would think all these enamel decoration on matt ground vases are from Belgian decorator Pierre Jost in Dolhain. They might be signed (very small) somewhere in the decor. Perhaps the competition Wirths  were involved.
Daum made similar items but always signed Daum Nancy. No news on nunil though.
