Frank, all you have to do is squint your eyes, squeeze your butt cheeks together and tilt your head ever so slightly to the left...  you'll then see whatever real tower you want to see. ;D

It is definitely not Petřínská rozhledna in Prague, I would expect that this is rather Tokio Tower, possibly another one, not Eiffel as well.

The towers vary a lot Jindrich probably more designs than towers in the world. It was probably left to the cutters to do what they liked. Hunting Czech souvenir gift-ware makers as these are likely to be still in production... a few linked here but not the one  http://www.borla.net/ingrosso_eng.htm

Found a Czechian seller of these

English http://www.glass-bohemia.com/en/detail/389-Swift-18x7cm.html
Czech http://www.cesky-kristal.cz/cs/32-Darkove-sklo.html

If someone that can speak Czech can contact them we might be able to get details of factory and designer.  Perhaps they can also be persuaded to acknowledge designers of all their stock!

In English these are sold as Eiffel Tower in Czech:  Eiffelova věž
