Is it Dutch or some other nationality? Can't remember how big it is or if it's marked because I'd completely forgotten we'd photographed it. Can anyone hlep please?

French. They are fairly common on French fleamarkets though I have no idea who made them. The Breton costumes are sort of a giveaway....
