Within the general field of Paperweight Collecting, there is something called "Related Objects", which covers anything that looks like it has paperweight techniques included in its making. And that even extends to such things as pipes and walking sticks that have filigrana twists (I was surpised at this when I first got into the paperweight world.)

However, if a maker markets something as a paperweight, then that is what it is. Even if it's a dog or bird or other figurine type thing!! (But that does not mean that all figurines and whatever are paperweights.)

So, the question is ... are there any Mushrooms that are, or were, originally marketed by the maker as paperweights?
