I managed to find out, purely by accident whilst looking for something else (as you do) that the piece at the front on the left hand side of the blue basket with the uranium fish is Salviati too ;D.  There is a lovely powder bowl I acquired recently from my local auction that I need help with, think it's Bohemian but not sure, will have to post separately

Hi Dinklepip,
I'm wondering where you found the Salviati attribution for the piece with the uranium fish? As far as I'm aware it's a Walsh Walsh form. The shape is shown in an 1883 Pottery Gazette advert, reprinted in Morris, B. (1978). Victorian Table Glass and Ornaments.

I'm afraid I don't read the Murano board - the subject is scarily vast and I don't have a Murano "eye" in the first place. (though sometimes Cenedese speaks to me, very politely.  :tof: )
