I think Sergio is better at telling punning jokes than we are  -  but I think you were lucky Sergio to find a plate that would accommodate Easter Eggs.   And Sue,  I don't see how you would get Oysters into those recesses; wouldn't the shells be too big, and scratch the plate.      My eclectic clock is probably worth more than some of my glass - it's an original 'Metamec' -a retro thingy from the 60's I guess. ;)

Christine; You mean with Indiana a State of the United States of America, or?

Yes Sergio, Indiana Glass, USA. My mother has one in marigold, they are super for Easter eggs!

Lovely, lovely collection, Rosie  :hiclp:   :kissy:  Love those ducks and other animals!  I especially like the brown 'bunny'   He looks more like a hare than a rabbit to me - don't forget that the Easter (should be Oestre) 'bunny' :anb: was actually a hare! (http://www.websmileys.com/sm/animal/1.gif)

Thanks Leni,  the 'bunny' was the topic of investigation on the GMB a few months ago....still not a definative ID yet.....got any ideas??

After I posted all the pictures,  I found some more rabbits and a forlorn duck that felt very left out of the picture!! I think they move around at night as I can't always find the ones I am looking for! ;)

  Thanks Rob, that was a real treat....some lovely stuff.   Made me think of my fathers tale of being in Italy during the war and using glass vases placed on top of walls as targets for target practice.  I sometimes wonder just how much wonderful glass was destroyed in this way?   :hi: cheers steph.

 Rob, thats only part of it....I'm coming to the conclusion that it's an ecletic mess really.  I love it all, but sometime soon I intend to sort and specialise in just one or two areas...can't decide yet.  But when I see everyone's well ordered collections I just want to establish some  :rlz: and create order from my chaos.  :-[ cheers steph.
