Selina, I spy a Northwood 'Opal Open' in the middle of your Uranium shelf!   :hiclp:  I have one of those too.

And don't worry about damage - loads of my glass has damage as well!  When I started collecting it was a way of getting hold of pieces I couldn't otherwise afford, and most of it 'displays well', as the saying goes, when turned in the right orientation   ;) ;D

Leni, that is a beautiful pendant....and to have it specially made for you, what treasure!

I should just correct myself - Ray didn't actually make this specially for me.  He made it from his collection of canes as a paperweight 'button', intending it to be encased in glass at a future opportunity.  However, I was visiting him and we were discussing swans and he said to me "As a swan collector and a paperweight collector you would probably like this".  I did indeed like it, so Ray sold it to me to have it made into a pendant by a jeweller friend of mine  :)

Here you go Rosie...my swans and the birds, and even a couple of ring in swans...they always made me think of Whitefriars (the 2 small ones). And some of the birds laid eggs LOL. Sorry for the terrible photo taking... pics to follow in second post also. And no signatures on the little birds so I have no idea about them. The front one was attacked by a larger bird and lost the tip of his tail  :P

Oh Ross, you are right, it is a lovely swan, and I see there is an Angel one as well.....those and butterflies are my fave!!

I didn't even know these canes existed, I will have to start a whole new collection now!!

Selina,  your birds are so cute,  wish I knew who made them.

Rosie.  :)
