I have just had the time to put together a new display of bright colours. Not Christmas themed - Finnish & Whitefriars.
Top of Cabinet = Various Finnish glass - Nuutajarvi Notsjo, Riihimaki, & Iittala in no particular sequence.
Top Shelf = Riihimaki except for the Kaj Franck (Nuutajarvi Notsjo) vase centre front.
Middle Shelf = Riihimaki the 6 items to the left, Whitefriars the rest
Bottom Shelf = Whitefriars
Enjoy, Ross

Flying Free there is a small vase on the left hand side just in front of the decanter. It is pink & blue and sort of "Turkish" in decoration. Do you have an attribution for it? It seems very similar to a vase I have. I have seena small ball vase - similar to yours attributed as follows "The Moroccan Tapestry Pattern appears in the 2000 price guide of Antique Trader "American and European Decorative and Art Glass," on page 188, where it is attributed to Thomas Webb. ". I wondered if you had a better attribution.

Hi Ross
No I don't at the moment. The Great Glass site had a note on there (if I recall correctly) that they had been thought to be Bohemian in origin, but current thoughts are that they may have been produced in the UK and decorated by French enamellers who had immigrated into the UK during the mid? 1800's and settled in the West Midlands (or something similar to that). They comment that Cyril Manley had thought these were British. I have seen these attributed to Thomas Webb via the same attribution source you quote, but so far everything I've seen on them has been attribution rather than a definitive id. Mine is signed and numbered on the base.
They are exquisitely enamelled, very pretty pieces, but I'm no further ahead and I've searched extensively on that one. I'll go see if I can find the Great Glass piece they wrote to quote here for future ref (edited - I've modified my reply above now).
