DVD of Murano Imported into the U.S. From 1925 to 1985
« on: August 19, 2011, 01:56:09 PM »
I am on a U.S. glass board & one of the members is the curator of the WV Museum of
American Glass & they released this DVD of catalogs that might be of interest to some on this board. I would like to make it clear that I am not a member of this organization & I am posting this solely as a possible resource for Murano collectors here on the board.

Is this mainly about figurines or does it cover all murano glass?

Just checking shipping to OZ and if OK will buy a copy.

regards

Clean and Crisp a Murano twist.
Archimede tops my list.

No Anne its my fault as I just didn't think it through since the DVD was being offered to support the museum, but all the same it was something offered for sale. My bad.

Thanks, Ken. I bought the the museums "Italian Import Glass of the late 1950's" and it was very useful. The eBay listing seems to have ended. Is it available from the museum?

Yes David...try this link for the eBay auction. Must have been a problem somewhere in the first auction. Ken

Probably sold all of them in the first auction. There was only one left when I bought mine. Glad you were able to get one, David.
