It's a Blackpool number, for which the first part should now read 01253, so it'll date the label (and hopefully the piece) to before the UK area codes had the 1 added into them...  which was on "PhONEday" i.e. 16 April 1995.

It's interesting to see this as my initial thought based on the iridescence was it might have been Heron Glass from Cumbria, but their mushrooms are slightly different in shape.

I'm glad you said that Anne, because I have never been able to tell the difference between Heron and Glasform.
I think I would need to see two pieces side by side to tell though if they didn't have labels.

With it being pink, I wouldn't have known the difference without a label. I don't think I could tell green ones apart either, but I might manage the blues.
