Vasart vase - what shape
« on: August 21, 2011, 06:11:22 PM »
Posted this many years ago and picture now not available.

What seems to be a small Vasart vase with gold around rim - not marked to base - see photo.

Looked at different pieces on websites - feel silly, but can't see this one.

3.75" high ground pontil to base.

not sure of shape, though it is a common shape in vasart ( not sure there classed as minatures, suppose they are) though the gold rim is a bit more rarer, think it might have been when they done the babysham glasses, there is one or was one with gold rim on flea bay just now
who needs Revatio when you have a collection of Monart
