Try looking in Galliano Ferro's site.  I have one somewhat similar but the "wings" are a little less pronounced (see photo) and I believe it is GF.

I bamle all snileplg eorrrs on the Cpomuter Kyes.  They confuse my fingers !!!

I agree.  Probably Galliano Ferro.  It looks like their style.
