Zig Zag Pressed Glass Bowl - ID = Sowerby 1922 'Tyneside'
« on: September 07, 2011, 12:43:39 PM »
Sorry, another request but I'm just trying to turn a hobby into a pocket-money making experiment (trying my hand at selling a few pieces at an antique and collectors fair on Saturday) and just needed a bit of help identifying my final few pieces (I have tried, honest!).

It's what I can only describe as a zig zag ribbed bowl and the dimensions are:
Length: 25cm
Width: 14cm
Height in middle: 9cm
Height at ends: 12cm

Any thoughts, suggestions or leads, much appreciated.

Kind regards

Helen

Wow, thanks so much Rosie. I've looked and looked so I'm so pleased you've pointed me (directly) to an id. It's amazing now I've got the name just how much info I can find on it. I'd tried all sorts of key word searches. Will definately bookmark that site for future reference.
Thanks once again from a very happy Helen
